Thursday 16 November the Highways Agency launched its 2006 campaign to inform drivers on winter driving and the arrangements that they are making to keep the network open in adverse weather conditions.

As part of this initiative, the Agency has produced a guide for motorists called ‘Driving on Roads in Winter’.
